By trading on mcqueens.dk you agree to the conditions below. Therefore we recommend that you read the terms carefully before shopping.


On mcqueens.dk you can pay Paypal and all majoy credit- or debitcards. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay with credit or debit card via Paypal. The account information you enter when purchasing products will be sent directly to Paypal in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and Paypal can read. There is no one else who sees or stores information about you. For purchases with a creditcard the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the product leaves our warehouse.
All prices are quoted in DKK and includes 25% VAT. Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside the EU, the danish VAT will be deducted before payment. However, it is your responsibility to pay any import duties that may be added in your homecountry.


To Mcqueens quick delivery is a success criterion which is why we pack and ship your order within 48 hours. Mcqueens uses Post Nord as shipper (unless otherwise stated). We send all orders by parcel post, which makes it possible to track and trace the package. The goods are insured in transit and on receipt please check the package contents. If the package is damaged when you receive it, please report it to the shipper immediately and refuse to accept delivery. On time delivery requires that Post Nord meets its day-to-day delivery. If there are delays with shipper, this will delay the delivery accordingly in relation to the desired delivery date. Mcqueens can not be held responsible for delays regarding Post Nord.

Shipping within Denmark

Shipping within Denmark is DKK 39 for the basic service. For this amount packages are sent to the local post office or pickup-service. If you prefer to have the order delivered to your home address this premium service is DKK 65.

Shipping to other countries

We ship with Post Nord (the national post service in Denmark) but your package will be delivered with the shipping company’s business-partner in your country. Please check the package for damage by delivery and if this is the case, please report this immediately to the shipper or even refuse to accept delivery. Delivery times is approx. 2-5 working days.


Mcqueens provides a 30 day return policy from the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right, please let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the product and send it back, so we have the goods within 30 days of your receipt of the product. The product must be in saleable condition upon arrival. Please send the goods with track and trace so we can track the package if it should become lost during return shipping (it is your responsibility during the return-shipping). If you are sending the product from abroad, please use the national post service or a similar service which provides track and trace shipping. Remember to save your receipt as proof that the product is shipped. CODs will not be accepted. Please send the product securely packaged as you are responsible for the item until we receive it. Please attach the return form. Are you missing your return form please download it here. You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the shipment. In this case, Mcqueens will deduct the cost for the return shipping from the return amount since Post Danmark imposes on us a cost for return shipping.

We automatically transfers the money to the credit card used for the purchase, and send you a confirmation within 5 working days of receiving your return package.

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part, if the product is impaired. For instance because:
– You have actually taken the product in use.
– The product has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
– You have handled the product in a way that was unnecessary in order for you to determine the characteristics of the product.
Overall, one can say that you must only handle the product in the same way as you can do in a physical store. If you do more than take the product in “Eyesight” it is assessed as used.

If you return a used item we will evaluate a possible impairment. The depreciation is the difference between the purchase price and the product’s overall commercial value. Note that we have a number of handling costs associated with putting a used item for sale (creation of the new lot, labeling with new barcode etc.). We will therefore charge you the equivalent to an hourly rate of DKK 400.

All products are covered by 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you, the customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 24 months after purchase.
The warranty does not cover when errors or damages arising out of misuse, injurious behavior, lack of maintenance or normal wear.
Mcqueens covers the freight costs that may be in connection with a complaint, if the complaint is justified and shipping costs are reasonable. For complaints, defects or missed deliveries, please contact Customer Service by phone +45 3098 8888 or mail: info@mcqueens.dk. Always contact us before sending the goods back, as there may be a different procedure for the product concerned.

Sold out items

If a product that you’re interested in is sold out, you have the possibility to contact us at info@mcqueens.dk. We will explore the possibility of an appreciation on a waiting list.


What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

1. To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs).
2. To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you).

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?
Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Customs and VAT

If you order from another EU country there is no duty under the rules on free movement of goods. Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside the EU the danish VAT will be deducted before paymant but it is your responsibility to pay any import duties that may be added in your homecountry.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods for delivery in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Purchases of products on Mcqueens is subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the Danish courts.

På Mcqueens.dk kan du betale med PayPal og de fleste kreditkort. Hvis du ikke har en Paypal konto kan du stadig betale med dit kreditkort gennem Paypal. De kontooplysninger du indtaster ved køb af varer bliver sendt direkte til Paypal i krypteret form (SSL) og det er kun dig og Paypal der kan læse disse. Der er således ingen andre der ser eller gemmer oplysningerne om dig. Ved køb trækkes beløbet fra din konto så snart varen afgår fra vort lager. Alle priser er inklusiv 25% moms for ordre indenfor EU.


Mcqueens leverer med Post Nord (med mindre andet angives). Vi sender alle ordrer som pakkepost, det gør det muligt at spore pakken, hvis der skulle opstå problemer. Varerne er forsikrede under forsendelsen og ved modtagelse bedes du kontrollere pakkens indhold. Er pakken og/eller indholdet beskadiget, når du modtager det, skal du anmelde det til Post Nord ved levering.

Forsendelse i Danmark

Levering i Danmark koster DKK 39. For dette beløb sendes pakker til privatadresser uden omdeling (dvs. de skal hentes på posthuset eller i pakkeboks). Ønskes forsendelse med omdeling til privatadresse eller firmaadresse koster dette DKK 65.


Hos Mcqueens er hurtig levering et succeskriterie og vi sender derfor din ordre indenfor 48 timer. Rettidig levering forudsætter, at Post Nord overholder sin dag-til-dag levering. Såfremt der opstår forsinkelser hos Post Nord, vil dette tilsvarende forsinke leverancen i forhold til den ønskede leveringsdato. Mcqueens kan ikke drages til ansvar for forsinkelser hos Post Nord. Vær opmærksom på, at leverancer til Bornholm og andre småøer i visse tilfælde kan vare op til 3 dage fra afsendelses dato.

Fortrydelses- og reklamationsret

Mcqueens yder 30 dages fortrydelses- og reklamationsret gældende fra den dag du modtager dine varer. For at gøre fortrydelses- og reklamationsretten gældende, skal du give os besked herom senest 14 dage efter din modtagelse af varen, og tillige sende varen retur så vi har den i hænde seneste 30 dage efter din modtagelse. Du må efter modtagelsen alene håndtere varerne på en måde, så du kan fastslå varernes art, egenskaber og den måde, som de fungerer på. Sagt på en anden måde: Du må ikke bruge varen på en måde, der ligger udover hvad der er muligt ved at afprøve varen i en fysisk butik.
Ved returnering bedes du bruge Post Nord, og sende varen som pakke. Det gør det muligt at spore varen hvis den skulle blive væk under returforsendelse. Husk at gemme din postkvittering som dokumentation for at varen er afsendt. Varer der returneres UFRANCO eller på efterkrav, nægtes modtagelse.
Du bør sende varen forsvarligt emballeret. Du har nemlig selv ansvaret for pakken/varerne, indtil vi modtager den. Husk at vedlægge udfyldt returseddel. Mangler du din returseddel kan du downloade den her.
Du kan også fortryde dit køb ved at nægte modtagelse af forsendelsen. I så fald modregnes prisen for returfragten fra returbeløbet, idet Post Nord pålægger os en omkostning for returforsendelsen og ifølge Forbrugeraftaleloven er det kunden der skal betale returfragten.
Vi overfører automatisk pengene for varen samt fragt til kreditkortet brugt ved købet, og sender dig en bekræftelse inden for 5 arbejdsdage fra vi har modtaget din returpakke.

Du kan miste dit købsbeløb, helt eller delvist. Det sker, hvis varens værdi er forringet, f.eks. fordi:
– Du reelt har taget varen i brug. 
– Den er blevet beskadiget, mens du havde ansvaret for den. 
– Du har håndteret varen på anden måde, end det var nødvendigt, for at du kunne fastslå varernes art, egenskaber og den måde, som de fungerer på.
Overordnet kan man sige, at du må tage varen i “øjesyn”, hvilket vil sige at du må det samme som du kan i en fysisk butik. Har du gjort mere end at tage varen i “øjesyn” vurderes den som brugt.

Såfremt du returnerer en brugt vare vil vi vurdere en eventuelt værdiforringelse. Værdiforringelsen er forskellen mellem købsprisen og varens generelle handelsmæssige værdi. Bemærk at vi har en række håndteringsomkostninger i forbindelse med at sætte en brugt vare til salg (oprettelse af nyt varenummer, mærkning med ny stregkode, om nødvendigt fremstilling af nyt billede af varen mv.). Der vil derfor blive modregnet en klargøringsomkostning på DKK 400.

Alle varer er omfattet af købelovens regler om 24 måneders reklamationsret. Reklamationsretten betyder, at du som kunde kan klage over fejl og mangler ved varen, som er opstået inden 24 måneder efter købet. Reklamationsretten dækker ikke, når fejl, skader eller slitage opstår på grund af forkert brug, skadeforvoldende adfærd, manglende vedligeholdelse eller almindeligt slid. Mcqueens dækker de fragtomkostninger der måtte være i forbindelsen med en reklamation, såfremt reklamationen er berettiget og fragtomkostningerne er rimelige.

Hvis en vare, som du er interesseret i, skulle være udsolgt, har du mulighed for at kontakte os på info@mcqueens.dk. Vi vil undersøge muligheden for en opskrivning på vores venteliste, om en evt. genbestilling eller tilbyde en tilsvarende vare som kunne have din interesse.


Ingen personlige oplysninger, der registreres hos Mcqueens, bliver på noget tidspunkt overdraget, solgt eller gjort tilgængelige for tredjemand. Alle informationer opbevares på betryggende vis og er kun tilgængelige for betroede medarbejdere hos Mcqueens. De kontooplysninger du indtaster ved køb af varer, bliver sendt direkte til Paypal i krypteret form (SSL) som det kun er dig og Paypal der kan læse.
Under et køb udbeder vi os navn, adresse, telefonnummer og emailadresse. Disse informationer bruges udelukkende til behandling af ordren.
Desuden registrerer vi IP-adressen, hvorfra evt. køb foretages. Informationen finder normalt ingen anvendelse, men kan bruges i en evt. politiefterforskning. Alle falske bestillinger politianmeldes!
Man kan desuden valgfrit få sin emailadresse optaget på en mailingliste hos Mcqueens, således man løbende modtager nyheder og anden information fra os. Denne service kan til enhver tid tilmeldes og frameldes som man ønsker.
Jvf. persondataloven oplyser vi på forespørgsel om registrerede oplysninger, og på baggrund af evt. indsigelser foretager vi sletning i det omfang, det ønskes.

Told og moms

Bestiller du fra et EU-land betales der dansk moms, men ingen told efter reglerne om varernes frie bevægelighed. Varer, som sendes fra Mcqueens, kan ikke sendes som en gave til lande uden for EU, i et forsøg på at unddrage sig lokal told og afgifter.
Bestiller du derimod fra et land uden for EU, kan der blive påført lokale skatter og told, som vi ikke kan drages til ansvar for, men til gengæld fratrækkes dansk moms. Vær opmærksom på, at dette kan forsinke forsendelsen en del, da varerne bliver holdt tilbage i tolden. Det er dit ansvar at betale eventuelle told og afgifter der måtte påføres i dit land.

Lovvalg og værneting

Handelsbetingelserne finder anvendelse på køb af varer til levering i Danmark, dog ikke Grønland og Færøerne, med mindre andet udtrykkeligt er aftalt.
Køb af varer på mcqueens.dk er undergivet dansk ret. Enhver tvist afgøres af de ordinære danske domstole.
